Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Services

Client-initiated: written notice, effective on receipt. Company-initiated: for non-payment or violation of terms.

2. Deposits & Milestone Payments

Projects begin against an advance and are billed by milestone. Advances and completed / in-progress milestones are non-refundable - they cover work and capacity already committed.

3. Refunds

Because our work is custom and delivered in stages, we don’t offer refunds for work already performed or in progress.

4. Revisions & Rejections

Revisions per agreement; extra revisions may incur fees. On rejection, no refund applies and Studio Huncho retains ownership of completed work.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
