Client-Initiated:
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellation is effective upon receipt.
Company-Initiated:
Studio Huncho reserves the right to cancel services for reasons including non-payment or violation of terms.
2. Refund Policy
Our policy does not include refunds.
3. Design Revisions and Rejections
Revisions:
Clients are entitled to a specified number of design revisions as per their agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Rejections:
If a client rejects the delivered design and chooses not to proceed, they may not be eligible for a refund, and Studio Huncho retains ownership of the work completed.
4. Force Majeure
Payments are handled through secure third-party processors. We do not store complete payment details on our servers.
