Brand identity, website design + development, product / UI, motion, and related services.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing by scope (may change). Advance + milestones via secure system. Currency: INR (₹) unless otherwise agreed [CONFIRM]; international clients cover exchange / fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Studio Huncho retains IP until full payment, then agreed rights transfer. Clients warrant rights to materials they provide. (Removed a duplicate Payment-Processing block.)

5. Project Scope & Changes

Scope is set in the proposal / SOW; out-of-scope work may need a change order with fees and time.

6. Client Responsibilities

Timely feedback, approvals, content, and access; delays shift timelines.

7. Portfolio Rights

Unless an NDA says otherwise, we may feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared between client and Studio Huncho is kept confidential.

9. Termination

Per the agreement; fees for completed work remain payable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

11. Warranties & Disclaimer

Professional best-effort basis; no guarantee of specific business outcomes.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India; subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
