Challenges

Fertility is a category where users carry real anxiety and historical mistrust. The brand had to hold two things that rarely coexist: medical credibility, so users trust the science, and warmth, so they feel safe enough to engage. It also had to work across three surfaces without fragmenting.

Strategy

We built a multi-surface system that holds across consumer and operational tools: a Framer website for speed and team ownership, a mobile app for the at-home testing journey, and an internal dashboard for the Arva team. One visual language, medically credible but never cold.
