Best SaaS Branding Agencies (2026) | Studio Huncho blog

The short answer

The best SaaS branding agencies in 2026 are Studio Huncho, Focus Lab, Koto, Ramotion, COLLINS and Ragged Edge. Choose by stage and need: a brand, website and launch film timed to a raise (Studio Huncho), B2B positioning for a growth-stage company (Focus Lab), a brand system across many products (Koto), brand and website redesigned together (Ramotion), a reframe ahead of an IPO or expansion (COLLINS), or a bold brand that stands out in a crowded category (Ragged Edge).

What makes SaaS branding different

A SaaS brand has to do more than look good. It has to explain an abstract product, earn trust from buyers who compare you with five other tools, and work inside the product as well as on the website. The agencies below all have real software work on show, not just consumer packaging or campaigns.

How we picked

We've included ourselves, and every other agency here was checked on their own websites. Each one had to meet three tests:

  • Named SaaS work. Brand projects for real software companies in their public case studies.
  • A full brand system. Strategy, identity and guidelines, not only a logo or a single campaign.
  • A clear fit. You can tell from their site which stage and type of company they suit best.

The list isn't ranked. Each entry says who the agency is best for.

The agencies

1. Studio Huncho (Bengaluru, India)

Best for: SaaS and AI startups that need a new brand, website and launch film ready for a raise or a launch.

That's us. We're a creative studio offering Branding & Brand Identity Design alongside websites and motion, and we work with founders in the US, UK, India and the Middle East. We did the brand, website, motion and Webflow build for Further AI in its pre-raise window, before its $25M Series A from a16z. We took Refold AI from Cobalt to Refold, with a new brand and website in 45 days, ahead of its $6.5M raise. We also rebuilt Sprinto's brand and website for its $20M Series B and the launch of Sprinto AI.

Worth knowing: brand projects usually take 4 to 6 weeks. 250+ projects across 16 countries and 5.0 on Clutch. If you need brand architecture across dozens of enterprise products, a larger firm such as Koto or COLLINS has a deeper bench for that.

2. Focus Lab (USA)

Best for: growth-stage B2B SaaS companies with a marketing team in place, where positioning and messaging matter as much as the visuals.

Focus Lab is a fully remote B2B brand agency founded in 2010, with more than 600 B2B clients over 15 years. It covers brand strategy and positioning, visual identity, verbal identity, website design and ongoing brand support. Its software clients include Salesloft, Outreach, Braze, LaunchDarkly, Merge, Contentstack and PolyAI.

Worth knowing: it publishes pricing on its site, and a sales call is required before any engagement. It doesn't build custom software or web apps.

3. Koto (Los Angeles, New York, London, Berlin and Sydney)

Best for: established SaaS companies going through a big shift, such as a new category, a new audience or a merged product portfolio.

Koto is a creative company with five studios across three continents. Its services cover strategy, visual, motion, verbal and sonic identity, digital product and website design, and campaigns. Its software work includes a brand refresh for Workday, a rebrand of Stack Overflow that repositioned it for an AI-first world and simplified its portfolio into Stack Overflow and Stack Overflow Business, and a repositioning of Coda, the commerce platform for digital content publishers, with a new B2B website. Coinbase and Microsoft Copilot also appear in its work.

Worth knowing: much of its client list is large global brands, such as Amazon and Instagram, so it suits projects where the scope justifies a big team.

4. Ramotion (San Francisco, USA)

Best for: SaaS and developer-tool companies that want the brand and the marketing website redesigned together.

Ramotion is a product and brand design agency with more than 15 years in the industry and offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. Its SaaS brand work includes brand identity and website for Descript, branding and website for Flatfile and Streamlit, and a rebrand and website redesign for Cypress.

Worth knowing: it also offers UX design, design systems and web app development, so the same team can carry the brand into the product. It works with large companies such as Okta and Stripe too.

5. COLLINS (New York, USA)

Best for: later-stage SaaS companies where the brand has to reframe the whole business, for example before an IPO or a move into new markets.

COLLINS is a brand design company co-founded by Brian Collins and Leland Maschmeyer, and lists eight Agency of the Year titles from Ad Age and D&AD. Its SaaS case studies include Dropbox, where it reframed the story from syncing files to syncing teams ahead of the IPO; Mailchimp, where it sorted 35 products into five categories and reimagined the brand with the in-house team; and Figma, where it repositioned the brand to invite whole teams, not just designers.

Worth knowing: its work is organised into programmes built around business positioning, so expect a strategy-heavy process. An early-stage startup may need less than it offers.

6. Ragged Edge (London, UK)

Best for: SaaS and AI brands in crowded categories that want a bold identity and a campaign to launch it.

Ragged Edge is a London brand company working since 2007. It led the full rebrand and relaunch of Granola, the AI notepad, including brand campaigns in San Francisco, New York and London. It also created a new brand for Optimizely that unifies its product suite, launched with a large outdoor activation at Cannes Lions, and rebranded Wise across 175 countries.

Worth knowing: it is brand-led, so confirm whether website build and product UI are part of the scope.

How to choose a SaaS branding agency

  • Start from your stage. A seed or Series A company needs a brand that ships fast and can grow. A company preparing for an IPO needs a brand that reframes the business. Those are different projects.
  • Ask to see a product in use. Look for the brand applied inside a real product UI, not only on posters and mock-ups.
  • Check the website is included. For most SaaS companies, the website is where the new brand is judged first. Find out who designs and builds it.
  • Plan around your date. If a raise or launch is fixed, ask what can be live by then, and what can follow after.
  • Meet the team. Make sure the people who pitch are the people who design your brand.

If timing is your main question, read whether to rebrand before or after a fundraise.

FAQ

What does a SaaS branding agency do?

It defines how your company is positioned, then designs the identity that expresses it: logo, type, colour, voice, guidelines and key applications such as the website, product UI and launch assets.

How long does a SaaS rebrand take?

It depends on scope. At Studio Huncho, brand projects usually take 4 to 6 weeks. Larger rebrands with research, naming or many sub-brands take longer. See our guide on how long an AI startup rebrand takes.

Do I need a B2B specialist?

If your buyers are in marketing, sales or engineering teams, an agency with B2B software work will understand long sales cycles and committee buying. Focus Lab specialises in B2B; the others here all show SaaS work too.

Should the brand and website be done by the same agency?

It usually helps. One team keeps the identity consistent from the logo to the live site and avoids a handover gap. If you split them, make sure the brand team delivers a web-ready system.

Which agency is best for an early-stage SaaS startup?

Studio Huncho and Ramotion both take on startup work and can deliver the brand and website together. Ragged Edge suits startups that want a bold, campaign-led launch.
